As you can see from my picture I am past the first flush of youth and have enjoyed a career that has spanned accountancy, HR, operations, project management, sales and marketing and general management. Following a successful career in corporate life, which I left by choice, I set up my own consultancy in 1999. My aim then, and now, is to deliver forward-thinking, workable solutions to develop people and organisations to the highest level.
I believe avidly in continuous development at a personal and professional level and am always delighted to point clients in a direction that will help them continue their journey.
My professional qualifications include accountancy and management and I have attended a number of premier Business Schools gaining my MBA from Henley Management College, the first Executive Business School in Europe. My vocational qualifications include personal coaching and Accelerated Business Growth Coaching. I am also a Licensed Practitioner for Leading & Developing High Performance and Insight Discovery®.
But more importantly I have embedded this knowledge with really practical, down to earth, sleeves rolled up delivery. I always say ‘if I can’t make a difference I don’t deserve to be there’, a view to which I hold true.
When I’m not working I enjoy hill walking and trekking, great wine and food (albeit a Tibetan cabbage pizza was a challenge too far...!), good conversation and travel.
